|T| DEFINE FOCUS VS POOL
You'll have lots of projects on your Action Repository. Distinguish between which are actively elected for your "focus", and those who must wait in a "pool", for the next round.

Having too many options on your plate is an intuitive trap you want to avoid. When it's impossible to do it all, you want to proactively choose what will wait. If you "hope" you can maybe do it all, very likely you will drop balls anyway, but you haven't chosen which ones. Focus on few at any time, and have a navigable pool ready to come into action, reviewing it periodically.
